“ Dear Elizabeth, How nice to hear from you and know that you have restarted the Victoriana Show. I would be delighted to come again and have missed it very much. I have played Queen Victoria many times since I last saw you and thoroughly enjoyed doing it. Happy New Year to you and am equally delighted that the show for 2011 is underway. I look forward to hearing from you again. All best wishes. ”

“ I'm a bit late in replying to your welcome Victoriana Show 2011 - March Newsletter - nonetheless, thought I would say I was perfectly delighted to receive it. In the last few years (too many to think about) this is the only news of "Victoriana" and "Shows" and exhibits I have seen and I have searched everywhere but possibly using the wrong keywords to trigger the magic. Victoriana and all that it entails is perfectly magic to me and over the years I have haunted the Victoriana Shows - which used to be held at The Old Mill in Toronto (several times) and then another lovely Victoriana show in an east end hotel setting (the name slips my mind), but then they both disappeared altogether - then, I could find a trace here and there of Victoriana at Craft Shows - two marvelous ladies in Etobicoke come immediately to mind but at the moment I can't recall their names - the one lady always dressed in a long red Velvet gown - perfectly delightful. Then for many years past there was the exceptional A Touch of Class (Mississauga) - disbanded now - and that seems to have been the last vestages ever found. Nonetheless, not to take any more of your time, I am delighted to be on your e-mail list and look forward to your next messages. ”

“ I regularly attended the Victoriana Show in Toronto and was delight to have it move to Cobourg, a decidedly Victorian town. The 2010 show was absolutely brilliant! Many of us dressed for the occasion and all of us enjoyed the festivities, vendors and high tea. It was a real trip back in time and I can scarcely wait until the 2011 Victoriana Show. First Victoia Magazine and now the Victoriana Show is back, proving that all things Victorian are always in style! ”
-- Carol Anne Cherry, Cobourg
“ Please put me down for the next Victoriana show – I will be there! I loved it and I will bring others this time. Once you have the seminars organized I will book them! ”

“ I just want to say that I was really impressed with the show. You did a remarkable job. I was so intent on seeing everything there I walked right by someone I know! Anyway, good job and I hope it gets to be a yearly thing. It looked as though Cobourg really got behind the whole idea! ”

“ I want to thank you for organizing such a wonderful event, The Victoriana Show in Cobourg. I enjoyed entering my hat in the hat contest and have pinned my red ‘first’ ribbon on it in my livingroom. I do hope this show was a success from your stand point as the organizer. Will the show be an annual event in Cobourg? I hope so, it was a blast getting all dressed up. Thank you again. ”

“ We met in late 1994, a girl from the Kawartha’s and a city gentleman from Oakville. Brian surprised me with an ad he had seen in the Toronto paper for the Victoriana Show being held at the King Edward Hotel. We went to this most romantic and beautiful event as our first trip to the city. What a beautiful setting and show. I loved all things Victorian and he recognized from my decor and home that this would be delightful and it was. We have since collected and loved and enjoyed Victoriana items of many kinds, from furniture to dishes. So glad to see this most lovely show re-born. It holds sweet and romantic memories for us of our first high tea together and looking forward to attending yet again in Cobourg.”
-- Tammy Cowan, Niagara on the Lake
“ I would like to mention how much I enjoyed my first visit to the Victoriana Show in Cobourg. I know from personal experience how much work, time, energy and care the presentation of such an event entails. It was splendid. Done with elegance, substance and professional grace. Kingston would certainly benefit in many ways from having such a delightfully welcoming heritage celebration and sale. Would you consider a spring show here?”
-- Eva Barnes, Kingston Ambassadors
“ What a wonderful Victoriana Show this past weekend! You did an amazing job of organizing it, and I for one, can certainly appreciate all of the time and effort that went into putting this show together.”
-- Diane Mulvaney, Peterborough

“ I live 30 minutes from Ottawa on the Quebec side, the drive to Cobourg for the day was over 3.5 hours one way. I would do it again in a minute. I really enjoyed the show, more than I ever expected.”
-- G Peppard
“ You have no idea how many 100's and 100's of people we have met over the years who have told us how much they missed the Victoriana Show. We look forward to participating."
-- Victoria Anne Heirlooms
“ It is so nice to be part of the show again. I have missed it very much. I have fond memories of the second show that I ever participated in with my business and it was the Victoriana Show at the Old Mill in Toronto. I came home with more money than I ever anticipated.
